For instance there are some apps for iPhone that can assist to locate and map almost every elementary, middle and high school in every US community. Users can view detailed ratings, test score, reviews and more from one of the most highly regarded sources of independent school performance information.

Key features of a primary schools listing app include the ability to search up to date school information for over 100,000 primary schools, and to map and compare schools in any city using your current location. There are filters to screen schools by grade level, rating, enrolment, grade level and more. Users can also browse through detailed school information such as recent test scores, parent reviews, community rating and district info.

Keuka college is offering distance education courses designed to help adult students needing to take required general education courses before they can move forward with their majors.

In designing these 6 new courses, the college followed the same format that it uses in its Accelerated Studies for Adults Program (ASAP). The courses will be available during the summer term, and include the following: College English II, History of Western Art, Intro to Philosophy, Intro to Sociology, Wellness, and Integrative Studies. Some adult students enrolling in one of Keuka's ASAP degree programs need one to three "bridge courses" first to complete enough general education requirements to attain the equivalent of an associates degree. The College's distance-learning technology tool is known as Moodle, and it is able to convert each instructor syllabus, grade book and assignment into interactive Moodle pages.
